Can I exchange an item?

Club shop products are bespoke and manufactured after you place your order THESE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

Products from our COLLECTIONS range can be exchanged once they are not personalised.

How long before I receive my order?

Many of our products are being manufactured to order. There is clear information as you purchase.

Example Club Bespoke Jerseys / Bespoke Shorts / Bespoke Vests Lead time is 10/15 working days.

If you purchase a bespoke product such as a jersey / shorts / vest with a Half zip or similar product lead time is 10/15 working days.

Club items excluding Bespoke Jerseys / Shorts / Vests lead time is 5/ 7 days.

Peak times may incur a longer delivery time.

Ireland: Delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Please allow extra time on bespoke items. Bespoke items vary in lead time, anywhere from 15 / 20 days on smaller orders to 5 weeks on bulk orders.

Europe: Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch.

Northern Ireland & United Kingdom: Delivery within 5-10 working days after dispatch.

Can I collect my order ?

Our factory is not open to the public and all orders placed online are sent out by DPD. Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service.

Can I come in and try an item?

KCS is not open to the public .We are a factory / online store facility only .

How long will my refund take?

It may take up to 21 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How do I return an item?

Please inform us by email shop@kcsportswear.ieof any item you intend to return, within 30 days of taking delivery.

*Note: Bespoke / Personalised items CANNOT BE RETURNED as per website guidelines 

Non refundable items?

Unless the product you received is faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange/refund on the following items:

Any personalised items: embroidered/printed with a name, initials, logos or numbers, club/school crest

Customised “made to order” garments/items, which include all embroidered/printed clubs/school crests/logos

Special orders and sale items

Club shop items

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at, if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue, and make it right.

Order Tracking

We use a courier service provided by DPD or DHL.

Orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are delivered by DPD who will send a tracking link to you via text on the day of delivery. The link will take you to their website where you can monitor the progress of your order delivery. Full tracking details will be sent by email after the order is dispatched and your order can be tracked via
