Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions.
KCS club shop and collection products are bespoke and manufactured after you place your order. These CANNOT be exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless the product you received is faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange/refund on the following items/circumstances:

  • Any bespoke (made-to-order) club shop/ collection products: embroidered/printed with any logo, school or club crest.
  • Customized (made-to-order) products embroidered/printed with Names, Initials or Numbers.
  • Any items included in a bespoke order window.
  • Sale items.
  • Items ordered in the incorrect size, colour, or style including errors in personalisation details.
  • Orders where the customer has changed their mind after purchase.
  • Requests to cancel or amend an order once production has commenced.

We at KCS have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please inform us by email sales@kcsportswear.ie of any item you intend to return, within 30 days of taking delivery.
Items sent back to us without a request to return, will not be accepted.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase enclosed. Please include a copy of your order number/invoice, to allow us to identify the order as yours.
Returns will be inspected upon receipt.
In the event that an exchange is required but not available, a refund is issued to the card used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take up to 21 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Please be aware that all return postage costs must be covered by the customer.
Exceptions to non-returnable items:
Returns, replacements, or refunds will only be considered where an item is:

  • Faulty or defective upon receipt.
  • Damaged in transit.
  • Incorrectly supplied by KCS.
  • Not as described at the time of purchase.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, with photographs provided where requested.
Damages and issue with items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@kcsportswear.ie, if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue, and make it right.
How to return:

  1. Ensure your return is within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Pack your items securely in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  3. Contact sales@kcsportswear.ie requesting a return.
  4. Include a copy of your order number/invoice, to allow us to identify the order as yours.
  5. Include a note indicating if you would like to receive a refund or what size you would like to exchange your item for.
  6. Make sure your parcel is securely sealed before sending.
