Shipping policy

How long before I receive my order?

Many of our products are being manufactured when ordered. There is a clear information as you purchase.

Club Shop Bespoke Jerseys / Shorts / Vests Lead time is 15 to 20 business working days.

If you purchase a bespoke KCS product such as a Half zip or similar product along with a Club Shop Bespoke Jersey / Shorts / Vest then the lead time for order will be 15 to 20 business working days.

Club items excluding Bespoke Jerseys / Shorts / Vests lead time is 15 to 20 business working days.

Items from our Collection Range items excluding Bespoke Jerseys / Shorts / Vests lead time is 10 to 15 business working days.

Ireland: Delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch from KCS facility. Please allow extra time on bespoke items. Bespoke items vary in lead time, anywhere from 15 / 20 days on smaller orders to 5 weeks on bulk orders. 

Europe: Delivery within 10-15 working days after dispatch from KCS facility. 

Northern Ireland & United Kingdom: Delivery within 5-10 working days after dispatch from KCS facility.

Rest of the World: Delivery within 15-20 working days after dispatch from KCS facility. 

If your order is being delivered to a country that is outside of the EU, then depending on the value of your order, you may need to pay customs or import duties. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for them. Custom policies will vary from country to country and this may delay the delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

All orders are dispatched by DPD or AnPost or DHL. Delivery costs vary depending on weight and dimensions of the package.

Where is my order? (Delayed or missing orders)

Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. Should your order not reach you within the times quoted above, please accept our apologies and contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to assist. Please email sales@kcsportswear.ie

Delivery & Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • If your item is in stock it will be dispatched to you within 1-5 working days.
  • You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of your order to confirm your order details. You will then receive a follow up email confirming your order has been dispatched. You will also receive email from our courier AnPost confirming delivery date and time.
  • This will apply to garments that are customized in our embroidery and print departments to satisfy the demand for club crests, players initials, custom printed details, player numbers and any other specific details.
  • Please note that we cannot exchange or refund any of the following personalized items: club items, jerseys with names; and jerseys that are player fit, long sleeved and numbered.

Personalized / Made to Order goods

If a garment has to be specially made, customized or personalized in any way please allow up extra time for your order to be dispatched. Lead time will be clearly indicated on product listing. By purchasing product, you automatically declare that you have understood the conditions of purchasing personalised products. Lead time may vary during busy stage of production. We will notify you as your order progresses with any update on delivery time.

Once an order has been placed for personalized garments or products, the order cannot be cancelled or amended. 

Please note, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on: all Jerseys personalized with a name, number, long sleeves and any personalized or made to order goods.

NB: This includes all club shop items.

Personalized garments include:

  • All leisurewear / club gear with a club crest and or initials
  • Garment or product with initials, names etc. printed or embroidered onto the product.

We use a courier service provided by AnPost or DPD or DHL.


Orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are delivered by DPD or AnPost who will send a tracking link to you via text on the day of collection from KCS. The link will take you to their website where you can monitor the progress of your order delivery. Full tracking details will be sent by email after the order is dispatched. 

If your order has not yet been dispatched you can check on the status of your order with us any time by contacting us directly by email sales@kcsportswear.ie

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing your purchases, the cost and delivery options. At this time, you will also be sent a confirmation by email re-stating the details for your records. This email does not however indicate that your order has been processed. Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email from us detailing your purchase/s and confirming that your order has been processed.
